A Mouse Deer and a Snail

            Once upon a time, a mouse deer took a walk around the beach. He met a snail. In his mind arose a bad fantasia that he wanted to make the snail shy. He invited the snail to make a competition. It was running competition. Who came first to the finish line, be was the winner. Out of his mind, the snail received his challenging. They promised to meet at the same place in tomorrow afternoon.

            “ You come earlier, friend!” said a mouse deer.

            “ That’s right! I have been here for an hour.” Said the snail.

            “ Are you ready to make a competition with me?” asked the mouse deer. He was proud that he had a bigger body and a longer legs.

            “ Of course. I have prepared my power, emotion, and my brain to defeat you.” The snail said certainty.

            “ Are you sure?”

            “ Yes, I am!”

            The mouse deer and the snail began their competation. They started running from the start line signed by a big stone. The mouse deer run very fast. In a short time, he did not meet the snail. He thought that the snail still behind. He called the snail.

            “ Snail!” called the mouse deer.

            “Yes, I am!” shouted the snail.

            Unbelievable the snail shouthed far in the front. The mouse deer called once again. Really, the snail was in front of him in a long distance.

            The mouse deer run faster, but a moment, the snail said loudly, “ I have finished!”.

The mouse deer still did not believe. Then he came to the finish seemed to smile to him while eating same foods and drinking some water.
